que ofrece la herramienta del microlearning, al
concretar cursos cortos planificados que
posibiliten el accionar conjunto,
intercomunicable y de cooperación entre pares,
a fin de adentrase a nuevas estrategias de
formación educativa, diseñadas para ser
aplicadas en contenidos y actividades breves,
distribuidos en una diversidad de módulos que
realimenten su haber cognitivo, encaminados a
la aplicabilidad profesional y personal.
De manera que ante la dinámica laboral
cargada de horas/trabajo, que caracterizan la
cotidianidad del docente, es en el microlearning
como se han de manejar los componentes que
concursan en nuevas habilidades y capacidades
en el ámbito del manejo de tecnología
educativa y su entrenamiento dentro del perfil
de necesidades requeridas en la digitalización
del conocimiento, lo que implica que la
educación no puede quedarse atrás en esta
perspectiva, por lo que se hace necesario el
manejo de la tecnología de parte de los
docentes y sus aprendices.
Tal como lo afirma Alqurashi (2018),
esta condición del microlearning, se ajusta a la
realidad mencionada, debido a su diseño de
adaptación a los límites del cerebro humano
con respeto a su capacidad de atención, en el
marco de evitar la sobrecarga cognitiva, en
términos de la efectividad educativa. Así
también, con relación al tiempo requerido para
el cumplimiento de las actividades, debido a
que los estudios están diseñados para pequeños
pasos, relativamente cortos, aproximadamente
para completar todo el segmento de contenido
en un módulo de microaprendizaje, no tomando
más de 15 minutos. Ello puede incluir una
breve conferencias de 5 minutos, seguidos de
un mismo tiempo destinado a la reflexión.
Además de fortalecer las habilidades y el
entrenamiento en la dinámica tecnológica, el
profesor comparte estos conocimientos a sus
aprendices, al solicitar la aplicación de técnicas
y herramientas de la misma naturaleza, con lo
que se crean expectativas de innovación,
ajustándose a métodos y procedimientos,
amparados por la tecnología educativa. Por
ello, Muacevic & Adler (2019) categorizan al
microlearning como un método de enseñanza,
utilizado para capacitar a los usuarios en
múltiples plataformas; no obstante, en este
ensayo, se observa como una herramienta,
debido a que muchos docentes manejan algunos
elementos propios de este ámbito tecnológico,
pero requieren de su entrenamiento, con lo cual
se reintroducen en su sentido más amplio del
dominio personal y profesional para afianzar los
conocimientos e innovación.
Conclusión
El establecimiento de nuevas dinámicas
interactivas, comunicación en red y escenarios
que apuestan a la creatividad, motivación e
innovación de los docentes en el mundo de la
tecnología educativa, hace pensar acerca de las
realidades actuales que se realimentan con los
saberes de la pedagogía, al reintroducir al
docente desde el entrenamiento, hacia pequeños
espacios dedicados al propio aprendizaje, frente
al potencial que ofrece el Internet y sus
posibilidades de adaptación, colaboración y
construcción del conocimiento, de acuerdo con
las exigencias de esta sociedad, donde la
educación marca la pauta.
En consecuencia, es perentorio resaltar
que la herramienta del microlearning permite
asumir un compromiso de desarrollo personal y
profesional del docente, haciendo uso de
equipos de carácter computacional que ya es
utilizado dentro de la cotidianidad, con un
tiempo relativamente corto destinado a la
consolidación de los aprendizajes, en
correspondencia con su propio ritmo y la
sinergia en colaboración con sus pares, para
mejorar las habilidades y capacidades en el uso
adiestrado de la tecnología de carácter
disruptivo que están generando cambios, más
allá del sistema educativo.
Estos eventos, considerados en el
microlearning, trascienden de modo inteligente,
creativo, motivador y adaptable al quehacer
funcional del docente, que de manera favorable
se asocia con la universidad en tiempos de
digitalización y de super información, para
convertirla en conocimiento dentro de los
rasgos que impulsan a las organizaciones; al
fomentar este tipo de entrenamiento que
