4. Centrar el aprendizaje en el estudiante, el

importante retroalimentar en el proceso
de aprendizaje de los alumnos,
resolviendo dudas, problemas o incluso
manteniendo contacto con las familias
con el fin de llegar con una información
precisa, correcta para su formación.
Por ende, cuando hablamos de un docente
que actúa de experto de los contenidos , y
planifica sus actividades académicas, y que trata
de adaptarse a las enseñanzas de forma virtual,
también está obligado a establecer metas, que
regule las nociones facilitando la interacción de
los materiales hacia los estudiantes donde se
fomente la interacción de lo aprendido con sus
compañeros y promueve discusión reflexiva,
desarrollando valores, actitudes positivas y
atiende a las diferencias individuales. Todo esto
señala que el nuevo papel del educador es de no
centrase en enseñar conocimiento, sino a los
alumnos a construir su propio conocimiento, en
resumen, seria aprender a aprender.
Conclusión
Debido a estos nuevos cambios con la
utilización de herramientas virtuales, manejo de
plataformas o aulas de clase, falta de
capacitación, manejo de tecnología se ha visto
como un obstáculo por los docentes no
tecnológicos se presentan las primeras
dificultadas en la teleducación, tomando como
ejemplo un océano inmenso de información
donde el náufrago de usuario se hace cada vez
más complejo para entenderlo.
El docente se mira como un alumno de una
necesidad, al manejo de recursos académicos y
de implementar recursos disponibles en la web,
estos para algunos estudiantes cibernético o con
acceso a internet se hace fácil y esperan que los
docentes caminen a su ritmo y respondan a las
inquietudes de ellos.
El uso de las tecnología se ha convertido
en esta época en una nueva forma para educar,
las herramienta digitales se han hecho
indispensable para el docente, aunque presente
deficiencia en la actualización de conocimiento
tecnológico y no estén preparados como se
espera para afrontar esta situación que exigente
como es la educación actual, algunas
instituciones educativas optan por tomarse más
tiempo para adaptarse a los cambios de la
tecnología educativa, adaptarse a nuevas
alternativas para la educación, donde se hace
evidente capacitar a los docentes y estudiantes,
es decir encontrar una forma más segura de dar
continuidad al proceso educativo.
A pesar de la situación que vive el
Ecuador, el sistema educativo buscar superar la
crisis de aprendizaje, reducción el impacto
negativo que ha generado en los docentes y
estudiantes, aprovechando esta experiencia para
retomar una ruta acelerada o mejoras en la
enseñanza y aprendizaje con un sentido de
responsabilidad de todos los actores. La
adaptación curricular es clave en esta situación,
la idea es trasmitir conocimiento relacionado
con salud, emociones.
En conclusión, la pandemia ha generado
incertidumbre a las autoridades de
ha puesto en apuros al sector urbano, rurales, el
descuido y abandono de los gobiernos de turno
impiden la formación integral de los docentes y
estudiantes de todo el Ecuador, donde se han
visto obligados a la inserción y adquisición de
herramientas tecnológicas, causando un impacto
negativo en los docentes, acostumbrado a un
sistema presencial y que asumió de la noche a la
